Service inconsistencies can be frustrating!!! Daily room cleaning happens too early!!! Lacking basic toiletries is unexpected for a four-star hotel!!! Consider better sound insulation for quieter nights!!!

We had a fantastic stay that met requirements, will definitely go back there again. The small hotel was fabulous. The staff was very kind, the room was clean with our balcony, everything was nice.

Spacious room, clean facilities, the delicious breakfast includes several desserts, and a bus station nearby makes it convenient to explore the island.

Helpful. The pool area was well-maintained and perfect for relaxation. Just keep in mind that the nearby beach isn't sandy, so water shoes are a must for comfort.

The pool was cold but refreshing, perfect for cooling off after a hot day. Try to get a room facing the sea for the best views.

A quiet escape with challenges

The breakfasts were good, with a wide selection of options each morning. Waking up to the lovely view from the room was another cherished moment .

The sound insulation was quite poor. We could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms. There were issues with missing towels, inconvenient.

The cute staff provided really good service, and the location offered easy access to quiet beaches and beautiful surroundings. The spacious junior suite was a perfect base for our trekking adventures.

The junior suite was super spacious and clean, with a big balcony that had great views. Breakfast was amazin, lots of options to fill up for the day. The pool area was really nice, always enough loungers and not too crowded. The staff were friendly.

But the local beach wasn't sandy, and we had some noise from next door. A kettle in the room would have been nice.

The hotel was freshly renovated and kept super clean, which made returning to our room every day feel amazing. We enjoyed relaxing by the spacious outdoor pool and the lovely sun terrace. The only hiccup was some minor noise from nearby guests, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all! 🌞

The views from the terrace offer a picturesque setting, providing an excellent backdrop for relaxation. The pool area is spacious with plenty of loungers, perfect for sunbathing or a refreshing dip without feeling overcrowded.

The location can be a hassle, set away from Alcanada's limited dining and entertainment options which require a trek of about 30 minutes to the nearest lively spots. The climate control system in my room failed to cool adequately, generating noise without delivering comfort, and the glass bathroom door design felt awkward without a lock or proper ventilation.
